You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. GOLD MEDAL SYSTEMS does not currently engage in newsletters or marketing email. Should we begin, if you do not want to receive direct marketing communications from us about promotions and our exciting products and services, then you can select your choices by ticking the relevant boxes situated on the form on which we collect your information at that time.

You can change your marketing preferences at any time by unsubscribing using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you or by requesting removal via email. When requesting removal via email, please send your email to us using the email account that is subscribed to the mailing list.

Who has access to your information?

We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.

Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: In order to deliver the services you require, we may disclose your personal information to one or more organisations outside of GOLD MEDAL SYSTEMS. Your personal information is only disclosed to these organisations in relation to us providing our services to you. GOLD MEDAL SYSTEMS takes reasonable steps to ensure that these organisations are bound by confidentiality and privacy obligations in relation to the protection of your personal information.

Third Party Product Providers we work in association with: We work closely with various third party providers to bring you a secure and reliable hosted environment for your data. When your data is processed using one of these third party providers the minimum data required to be processed will be shared with them.

These third party providers will share your information with us which we will use in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Law Enforcement, Legal Process and Compliance

We may disclose Personal Data or other information if such action is necessary to comply with applicable laws or to otherwise cooperate with law enforcement or other governmental agencies.

GOLD MEDAL SYSTEMS can aggregate your non-personally identifiable information

By using the software, you agree that we can access, aggregate and use non - personally identifiable information we have collected from you. This data will in no way identify you or any other individual.

GOLD MEDAL SYSTEMS may use this aggregated non-personally identifiable information to:

• Assist us to better understand how our customers are using the software,
• Provide our customers with further information regarding the uses and benefits of the software; and

Analytics and anonymisation
