Delhi 2010 marked our third consecutive Commonwealth Games. We partnered together with a handful of trusted event companies to provide the entire Games Management software suite. We managed the system integration between each of these software pieces, as well as delivering our gold standard of support for GEMS.
D2010 provided opportunity for us to identify and prioritize the most important parts of games management. The compressed timeline and challenging local infrastructure and environment provided new obstacles to overcome. GEMS and Gold Medal Systems repeatedly delivered over and above expectations to meet these challenges as they arose.
GEMS was seamlessly integrated with the Internet accreditation registration process. We also registered athletes into their events through the on-line portal. We also developed interfaces with our partner’s and third party systems, including Workforce Scheduling, Workforce Training, Protocol, Arrivals and Departures, Inventory Management, and the Central Results System.
We are very proud of how our strong software product and knowledgeable consulting support aided the Delhi 2010 staff and volunteers in staging one of the most complex sporting events ever held in India.
