Needs Analysis
One specific type of consulting that Gold Medal Systems offers is a Needs Analysis. This analysis is performed at an early stage in the games life cycle. We will visit your site, and talk to your people. During this process we will recommend the features and attributes that your software systems will require, and recommend ways that you can structure your organization for the fewest headaches as the games progress. Naturally, we would love to sell you GEMS, but this Needs Analysis comes with no strings attached. We will not try to sell you a software package that does not fit your specific needs. Of course, if GEMS is an option for your organization, we will be happy to deduct the cost of the Needs Analysis from the cost of GEMS.
